If you find a lower rate for the same hotel online within 24 hours of making a booking on vossy.com, we will match it by refunding the difference (Terms and conditions apply).
Are you eligible?
Please check your claim is eligible.
- Is the rate publicly available? ie: the rate cannot be on a private sale or membership-only website.
- Are the travel dates the same?
- Is the room type, rate plan and cancellation policy the same?
- Is the price in the same currency as the rate you booked on vossy.com?
If you have answered yes to all of the above, please complete the form below and we'll get back to you ASAP.
Terms and conditions
- You must have already booked a prepaid reservation in your name on vossy.com and notify us within 24 hours of making the booking.
- The dates must be exactly the same, for the same hotel, same room type, same cancellation policy, same taxes and charges, and the same extras such as breakfast, etc.
- The payment method and currency must be the same.
- We must be able to view the lower rate online via a publicly available website.
- Rates that do not qualify:
- Rates that are not publicly available, such as private sales, member-only sales, credit card promotions, government and corporate special rates and/or other rates not available to the general public.
- Non-refundable rates, non-cancellable rates.
- Rates that are beyond the hotel's cancellation period.
- Rates that are part of special promotions, such as 2 nights for the price of 1, rates for special events such as New Year or special sporting or cultural events.
- Packaged rates that include other products or services.
- When your price match refund is approved, you will be refunded the difference to the credit card you used to make the booking. The refund is made immediately but please know it may take up to 30 days for your bank to process it.
